My passion for storytelling began when I was a young girl, captivated by the worlds of Judy Blume and the poetry of Emily Dickinson. Those early encounters with language inspired me to put pen to paper—not to escape the hardship of growing up in public housing, but to uncover the wondrous stories hidden within it and give voice to experiences often left untold.

I created this literary café as a welcoming corner where my journey of seeking purpose, truth, and authenticity can meet readers who are searching for the same. Think of it as a neighborhood bookstore filled with meaningful conversation, well-loved pages, and the comfort of a favorite drink.
